By downloading or using PhotoColor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

PhotoColor offers premium features via subscriptions. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for generating the requested AI art.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
